GigHound workers are held to a high standard and if they do not meet our expectations they work their way out of our network as a result of behaviours that negatively impact the Trust and Rank levels tied to their work profile. Things like arriving on time, with the proper gear, and completing all tasks to satisfaction earn them higher Trust and Rank levels which progresses them toward easier access to shifts and higher wages. The highest ranked and most trusted workers are always offered jobs first, before lower ranked workers on the platform.
