GigHound reserves the right to deactivate your account, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Deactivations can happen:
- If previous or repeated suspensions occur,
- If during the review of GigHound accounts, you no longer meet our Trust & Rank requirements,
- If you violate our Community Standards, Policies, or Terms of Service.
GigHound takes safety very seriously, and we will investigate any reports of violations of our Community Standards and take appropriate action.
While it is our full intention to provide workers with information about the actions we take on their account, the following events may occur without warning:
- Your account may be deactivated,
- You may not be able to access the platform, your account, or any content.
Any upcoming, pending, or accepted shifts will be canceled if your account is deactivated, and you will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of your deactivation.
