How come I did not get paid on time?
The most common cause of payment delays is incorrect hours, so double-check the hours you enter in the GigHound app for the shift start and end times.
GigHound will then confirm those hours with the supervisor at your shift location. Once GigHound confirms that your start and end times are correct, your payroll will be processed. Your pay stub will be emailed to you, and you'll be paid within 24 hours of your shift ending.
When you receive the email with your paystub, you know that your payment has been processed and that your payment is on its way.
How come I did not get paid?
In the GigHound app, double-check that you've entered the correct hours worked.
After your shift ends, you should expect to be paid within 24 hours. If you have not received your payment after 24 hours of your shift ending, please contact us.
My pay is incorrect
Make sure you've double-checked the start and end times of your shift in the GigHound app. If your hours are still incorrect, please contact us.
