Some shifts require certain responsibilities or requirements in order to perform the duties safely. Each job description will include a description of what is required for the shift.
Strength Guidelines
Some shifts require the strength to perform more strenuous and high-impact duties. The ability to exert, carry, or move a certain amount of weight frequently during a shift is always disclosed in the job description. Before accepting a shift, make sure you can carry out the listed responsibilities. Accepting the shift and failing to perform as needed could result in you being sent home, which could have a negative effect on your Trust & Rank and limit your ability to take future shifts with GigHound.
