How we handle reports
Our support team investigates reports and may follow up for additional documentation. If needed, we’ll also offer booking support to find different shifts depending on alternative shift availability.
To ensure that everyone feels secure during their shift, we will take corrective action, when appropriate, against those who violate our policy, and they will be subject to disciplinary action.
Please note that, for privacy reasons, we may be unable to share the findings of these investigations.
