The following process has been established to ensure that employees understand the established policy for discipline related to violating the policies, practices and rules contained in this Health & Safety Program.
GigHound Representatives will insist that GigHound Workers observe and obey all rules, regulations and directives required to achieve safe work conditions including the job-site safety rules of our clients.
We have a zero tolerance policy for safety violations. If policies are not followed it will result in disciplinary action and potential permanent removal from GigHound.
The purpose of our company’s disciplinary action policy is to help promote and ensure your safety on the job. Our policy is not intended to punish Workers. Its main purpose is to help maintain a safe workplace for you and your fellow workers.
